Leadership

While I am always learning as a leader, these are the strengths I bring to any table to help people come together and move forward.

Partnership inclined

More than the act of collaboration, I thrive on building and utilizing meaningful partnerships to deliver results.

I have always exchanged any naivety that I have all the context and answers for a growth mindset. I pride myself on being a humble leader who is always seeking to uncover common ground and move things forward.

The art of storytelling narration

Designers often associate their process with storytelling, but there are many ways to tell a story, and many ways to miss the mark.

Crafting effective and impactful narratives is one of the most rewarding endeavors I frequently find myself undertaking. Understanding the story is just a small piece; audience, business context and desired outcomes (and likelihood of them) are enormous factors to be weighed.

I pride myself on developing narratives which consider these factors so opportunities become tangible and convincing. Because in the end, the only thing better than sharing a well told story is seeing the action it sparks.

Humbleness + people first

I lead by example and coach without a script.

My teams are built on fostering open and honest connections with peers and teammates so that we all have a space to maximize our individual superpowers.

I pride myself on thoughtful and productive coaching, and take the responsibility of influencing someone’s opportunities and success very sincerely.

Everything “takes a village,” and there’s not a village out there I don’t enjoy being a part of.
